That was a couple of weeks ago but it's true that it's rare for intelligence chiefs to appear in public together, although we recently saw the same thing with Stefanie Tompkins at DARPA and her counterparts in Canada and the U.K.  We have been opening our closet to those particular allies in a big way, giving them total access to all compartmented programs, in effect.  It would be treason if anyone else did it but the President can authorize this, obviously.

As for China, from what I've seen, the U.S. is doing next to nothing about China.  They talk about China but they do little.  Trade has been pared back to about 25% of what it once was and the Chinese stock market has taken a beating.

We have a serious problem here with something called, "Chinese Police Stations" which are informal consulates which are really bases of operations for spies.  In addition to having at least 7,000 academic spies in our universities from China alone, these so-called police stations extort otherwise law-abiding Chinese-Americans who want nothing to do with the Chinese government by threatening their families back in China.  They offer small cash payments in exchange for performing simple spying tasks.  For example, representatives from the Police Stations will ask Chinese ex-patriots to carry specially programmed cell phones which can be operated remotely by hackers in China in order to effect the intrusion of wireless devices within proximity to the agent carrying the device with little action needed on the part of the person carrying the device.  My own devices were breached by such a team beginning in 2019 with repeated infiltration events through early 2023 when I entirely discontinued the use of Bluetooth, which put a stop to it.  They rely heavily upon Bluetooth code injection attacks because they know these short-range signals are not monitored by NSA listening posts (such as cell towers.)  They send people into public gyms where they know people are listening to music over Bluetooth in order to compromise the devices of targeted individuals, particularly in cities such as Arlington where a great number of the denizens are employees of our federal government.

DARPA was tasked about six months ago with building electromagnetically insulated gym facilities intended for federal buildings under the guise of an injury-prevention initiative in which free gym memberships would be provided to federal employees at FBI, CIA, NSA, etc.  but the plan is to not inform the rank and file employees of the motive for the program.  My question is:  Why not tell EVERYONE about it and just get people to stop using Bluetooth or develop a new protocol which is secure or just use the WPA3 protocol for music-listening?  I wrote a paper a while back describing a hypothetical new protocol in which an encryption key of great length could be sent to wireless headphones through vibrations in a phone by simply placing the headphones atop the phone for a second in which no one would be able to intercept the key.  This is fairly straightforward stuff, but as of yet, no federal employee guidance has advised employees to stop using Bluetooth.

Once they're inside of the personal phones of our federal employees, they can get into the home computers and from there into the work phones and they can easily map out who works for FBI, CIA, NSA etc. and where they live.  They use this information to both directly spy and to occasionally attempt to recruit individuals.  This has been going on since 2016 in some form and the U.S. has made virtually no arrests of Chinese operatives.  I came to the attention of the Chinese after posting details concerning inverse mass neutrino generation and shortly after this, the Chinese family in the above apartment received a brand-new automobile from a group of eight extremely well-dressed Chinese men all of which were between the age of 20 and 35.  Every six months or so, I would see these men loitering on the front steps of our apartment building where they would interrogate the young girl who had been doing some work for them; namely, spying upon me.  They kept demanding access to their apartment, which the girl refused, although they continued to accept the stipend from the men in exchange for operating the ELINT devices as well as device used for forcing spongiform fiber-optic cable through the ceiling of my apartment using hydraulic pressure.  Between 2019 and 2023 large numbers of almost imperceptibly small pinholes were created in clusters and a pulsating sound similar to dripping water which would accelerate and then decelerate would accompany the formation of new holes.  One day, I stood there with a flashlight when I heard the tapping and was able to watch as a fiber was fed through the ceiling.  I snapped the fiber off and bagged it and continued watching.  I considered that it might just be a piece of lint stuck to the ceiling but when I snapped this fiber off, a further length of fiber was fed through the ceiling before my eyes!  I snapped this off as well and bagged the sample.  I still have the samples.  It's a special fiber-optic material which can be condensed under pressure and re-expands on the other side of an aperture.  The holes are microscopically small when the device is used properly, which resembles a walking cane used by the visually impaired, except it has an electrical cord running out of the handle.  I know this much only because a Chinese operative sympathetic to me sent me a photograph of the device.  In fact, that same operative trashed the personal accounts of an ex-girlfriend of mine (I found this quite humorous) after bearing witness first-hand to her duplicity.  Not everyone in China agrees with what the government there does, clearly, and the particular individual assigned to watch me had some scruples.  This was a remarkable experience.  My ex-girlfriend assumed that I was responsible for her troubles but I eventually concluded that someone with far greater technical expertise had been responsible for the cyberattack against the woman.

The family which accepted money to perform these spying tasks against me were never arrested and still reside in the apartment above my old apartment.

In summary, the United States has been inappropriately targeting Russia and I have to wonder whether they're doing it because China wants us to destroy one another.  Even if China didn't directly ordain it, they must be pleased about it.  If Harris wins, I fully expect Americans to lose the liberty to interact with Russian websites and the introduction of sweeping new laws which prohibit opposition to Ukraine.  I am probably right at the top of their list of people who they can't (yet) touch because of this pesky thing we have called a Constitution.  The Democrats are doing their best to nullify that particular American institution.

It is difficult to imagine in a scenario in which Russians were furnishing advanced missiles to, for example, Mexico and in which Mexico was then taking those missiles and firing them into Los Angeles and the United States wouldn't immediately go nuclear against Russia.  This is what my country's government is doing to your country and Russia is expected by Bill Burns and the like to simply 'stand pat' and 'turn the other cheek.'

I am curious about to what extent British F-35s have been used to hit targets the Ukrainians cannot.  There have been a great many F-35 flights out of the U.K. since the beginning of this war.  They typically use a transponder code duplicated from an FGR4 Typhoon aircraft when they activate ADS-B but remain mostly radio silent for the flight over Europe unless they come within a certain range of a commercial aircraft flying within a certain proximity.

Well, the U.S. lost the Francis Scott Key Bridge in an unfortunate accident a number of months ago.  There are plenty of soft targets to choose from.  Raytheon's major defense plant is in Huntsville, Alabama.  I could envision someone pulling off a fertilizer-bomb style attack against any number of facilities domestically.  Since Oklahoma City, they have closely monitored the sale of Ammonium Nitrate but what would there be to prevent someone from using miniature chemistry sets to produce their own?  Direct attacks against American or British ships would only play into the hands of Biden/Harris, but attacks made to look like accidents or domestic terrorism could be used.  Turkey might be convinced to evict the Americans from Incirlik Air Base at the expense of their NATO membership.  As Sweden and Finland are now members, they are no longer needed to obstruct the admission of those countries.  The Americans can still fly to Russia out of bases in Qatar and Romania with relative ease, but they wouldn't like losing Incirlik.

I think that some of my advanced metallurgical concepts are worth looking into, it could really help to increase the volume of shells produced.  We could re-shape metal using the Rapid-Alternation Coulomb Force Line Generator without the need to heat the metal, enabling an instantaneous cooling process.  The means that not only shells but tank components such as barrels and tank bodies could be made very rapidly.

Miniaturized versions of the crystalline mechanisms which can liquefy metal at room temperature can be used to bring whole buildings down and make it look like shoddy construction/maintenance.

It's very simple... most metals have a cubic structure at the molecular level.  Mercury is a liquid at room temperature despite being a metal because it has a rhomboid molecular geometry.  We can use alternating Coulomb Force Lines in order to alter the geometry of the molecule to render it rhomboid, which would force it to transition to a liquid state just as mercury naturally is.  The crystalline die must project two sets of lines, one at a right angle and another at a non-right angle consistent with a rhombus.  This alters the relative position of covalent electron bonding and causes this distortion into a rhomboid.  It is very hard to deform metal at room temperature at the supra-molecular level but it is very easy to deform it at the atomic level.  Once it is deformed at the atomic level, it ceases to be strong at the supra-molecular level.  We need to build these tools, they could make a real difference.

We are supposed to have freedom in this country, which should include the right to read and share information whether it's true or not and to do business with anyone we like.  The United States government permitted a company called BASF which had roots in Germany to continue operating in conjunction with their German masters during WWII.  Although there were Congressional hearings about the matter, the company was too powerful to be stopped even in the context of the war effort.

By attempting to silence individuals who present viewpoints more sympathetic to Russia, Biden and his goons only convince Americans that it is Biden who is the real dictator.  We didn't prevent people from enrolling their children in the German American Bund during WWII and it continued to operate into the 1950s and was marketed as a more conservative version of the Boy Scouts of America.

I have this crazy notion that Ukraine is going to suffer a humiliating defeat.  As I said, I encountered someone in the past who I didn't realize worked on our neutrino project in New Mexico.  The guy hated my guts and sent his daughter after me for things I hadn't even done yet because I think he had seen this future in which Ukraine managed to get its ass handed to it way back in the early 1990s.  He smuggled information out of the program and added me to his 'hit list.'  His actions altered the future and caused his information to become invalid over the course of time and because he left the project, he wasn't able to access the machine again to view the revised timeline.  I don't what his true name was, but he lives under the name John Wheeler, a name he took from a well-known American physicist.  Under his true name, he remains wanted, I suspect, on an unofficial basis.  The Salvation Army is protecting him.  His daughter was brainwashed to hate Russians despite the fact they lived in the United States from the time his eldest daughter was born.

Little did I know, I've been targeted for elimination by some Ukrainian nutcase since I was about three.  He thinks I'm "worse than Hitler," I suppose, for the very conversation I am having with you now.  He is a zealot and cannot see past his own hatred and therefore chooses not to see the corruption behind this British-provoked conflict.  He claims to be a Christian but does not understand that violence begets more violence.  So many of the things happening now were fated to happen decades ago and although they could have been changed if we had the will (we certainly had the foreknowledge) and they are playing out again in largely the same manner as the machine predicted.  Anyone could have predicted that NATO would continue to expand in the aftermath of the collapse of the USSR and that this expansion would culminate in a conflict.  Here is a webpage with a picture of the bastard:

He fled from his position at one of their "Churches" in Roxborough, Pennsylvania after his gambit to stop me failed and is now about 100 miles north of where I live.  You would know better than I that his wife, Martha, is distinctly Ukrainian in her appearance, although the family claims to be pure-bloodedly Irish.  Information concerning their Ukraine link was concealed during my period of affiliation with his daughter, which was short-lived.

An open question remains as to what sort of event will prompt my emergence as a public figure.  In order for me to have become known to him 30+ years ago, I must make quite a splash.  I have been reaching out to many journalists but have not, as yet, identified any willing to tell my story.  At some point, my real name goes into the history books in some context.  Perhaps I will be recognized for my achievements or perhaps I will become a political prisoner or perhaps both, but clearly, this Wheeler character, who I only met on a pair of occasions (although I was a witness to the wedding of his youngest daughter, whose name he uses to secretly run a blog in which he pretends to be an Irish journalist: https://www.emptywheel.net/  Marcy (Marcella) Wheeler is the name of his youngest daughter, or at least it was prior to her marriage in 2017.

Just as it was inevitable that there would be conflict due to NATO expansion, it was inevitable that I would not cease in my pursuit of scientific truth.  He was foolish to think that his daughter's actions would fundamentally alter my scientific inclinations.  With or without my contributions of certain technologies, Ukraine was always destined to lose this conflict.  The sooner and more decisively we end the conflict, the more lives we can save on both sides.  John Wheeler does not understand this.
